Damaris is a seasoned leader in finance and project management with over 15 years of financial planning and analysis experience. She is a powerhouse who emerged up the finance ladder by delivering thoroughness and embodying in-depth knowledge of complex financial services, capital markets, and investments. Her experience encompasses leading finance and accounting teams at the senior and director levels with various nonprofit organizations in addition to large corporations such as Tyco International and Moody’s Corporation.

Personally, Damaris is a Jersey City native who has experienced the city’s transformation from industrial to a vibrant, modern, and urban community. Growing up, she desired to help people reach their financial goals. Today, she uses that ambition to inspire others to elevate their financial capacity through property ownership. Damaris also enjoys a good laugh, has a knack for organization, loves to travel and find new adventures like biking and color runs. Damaris’ family is the lifeline to her continuous drive. She is Puerto Rican and fluent in both English and Spanish.
